I know how leadership development has been sold to you as a space holder.

Because technique and skills, (let alone branding and funnels), can’t hold when playing small, fear and doubt is still running your show. What Is Sacred Leadership?
Sacred leadership is not charisma, visibility or being followed. It’s not a title, brand or hierarchy.

1. Self-Authorship + Self-Authority
The End of Outsourcing Yourself
This is where sacred leadership begins. Here, you dismantle the inherited scripts that may still shape your leadership – people-pleasing, perfectionism, spiritual performance, approval seeking – and reclaim your inner authority.
You learn to trust your knowing and lead without collapsing or controlling and you will restore your internal compass, because you cannot guide others to their truth while living someone else’s. This pillar alone will change how you hold space – forever.
2. Meaning + Maturity
From Strategy to Soul
Sacred leaders are meaning-makers. Here you will explore your leadership through mythic, archetypal, and developmental lenses understanding your wounds not as flaws, but as initiations.

4. Sacredness + Service
From Guru to Vessel
In this temple you will deepen into your own sacredness while also releasing the need to be special, right, or revered. You are not the source of what you do as a space holder. You are a channel.
You will be lovingly challenged to release performance-based leadership, saviour dynamics, attachment to outcomes and unconscious hierarchies, and step into leadership as stewardship, co-creation, sacred listening and vesselhood. This temple often brings relief. And profound reorientation.
5. Complexity + Consciousness
Holding the Grey Without Collapse
This temple matures your capacity to lead in uncertainty and liminal space. You will stop rushing resolution, fixing discomfort and simplifying what is sacredly complex.
You instead become steady in the mystery and deepen your capacity to hold paradox and resist bypassing discomfort. This pillar is essential for those holding others through trauma, transition, and awakening. You will learn to sit in the fire without needing resolution. This is leadership for a complex world.
6. Responsibility + Regeneration
Leadership as Legacy
Your leadership ripples beyond individuals. Here you will explore the collective, cultural, and regenerative impact of your work, understanding that sacred leadership is not just personal, but relational and ecological.
This is where your work becomes legacy. You will examine how your leadership impacts culture, how power operates in your spaces, how your work can contribute to collective healing and what legacy you are creating. This is where leadership becomes regenerative and you are invited to lead not just for now – but for what comes next. For us all.

I’m Julie Parker
I’m a mentor, coach, supervisor, psychotherapist, guide and priestess for sacred space holders and leaders.
For nearly three decades I have walked many paths – holding space for thousands, training more than 2700 life coaches, mentoring leaders across industries, and deeply devoting myself to my own inner work so I can hold others with integrity. I am not here to teach you who to be.
I am here to walk beside you while you remember who you truly are and the gifts of your leadership and service in this lifetime.

Is it compulsory to attend the in person immersion?
No. It’s understood that live presence on this day may not be possible for everyone, however it is deeply encouraged if you can attend to be there. It’s a truly beautiful, soulful and reverent way to be in a live physical community with each other and close a divine experience of expansion and growth together. The in person day will take place in Melbourne, Australia on April 3rd 2027
How many space holders will be in Sacred + Sovereign?
I believe the right number of space holders will reveal themselves when the temple opens but please know this will be an intimate journey where you will be fully seen and supported. Only 15 places are available for 1:1 mentoring.
Are there refunds available?
Sacred + Sovereign is an immersive experience and no refunds will be available up to three weeks prior to the opening ceremony. Extensive information is available before application stage to ensure you are fully informed of all inclusions. If you have any level of uncertainty about the experience, please do not apply and ensure you can meet any payments with surety before you commit.
